The Rolex Submariner is the icon among diver’s watches and has been part of the collection since 1953. It was the first wristwatch waterproof to 100 metres, and in doing so set the benchmark for an entire genre. The unidirectional rotating bezel for monitoring dive time, the waterproof Oyster case and the easily legible luminous hour markers make it a reliable instrument underwater. The 116610LV, with its 40 mm steel case, was produced from 2010 to 2020 and displays the date in addition to hours, minutes and seconds. Its distinguishing feature is the green bezel, which sets it apart from the black or blue variants of the family. It is worn on the steel Oyster bracelet with folding clasp. Among collectors, the green bezel has earned the nickname “Hulk”.<\/p>\n
