Tank

The Cartier Tank was designed by Louis Cartier in 1917 and is regarded as one of the defining watch shapes of the twentieth century. It is recognisable by its rectangular case, whose side bands flow seamlessly into the strap or bracelet. The dial with Roman numerals and the railway track minute ring is classic Cartier. The Tank is made in many sizes, materials and variants and has combined timeless simplicity with a stylish presence for every occasion since its creation.

The WSTA0041 is made of steel and shows hours and minutes without any further displays. It is worn on a leather strap with a pin buckle.

This example with a silver dial is in excellent condition. It comes as a full set with the original papers and the original box.
