The IWC Pilot represents IWC Schaffhausen's long tradition in building pilot's watches, dating back to the 1930s. Its design is inspired by the instruments in the cockpit: a clean dial with high-contrast numerals and hands ensures quick and reliable legibility. The family ranges from the purist three-hand model to the chronograph and encompasses case sizes from 40 to 43 mm. With its understated design language and robust construction, it is a timeless tool watch and a reliable companion for everyday use.
The IW377714 with its 43 mm stainless steel case is the pilot's chronograph of the family and, alongside hours, minutes and seconds, also offers a date display. The bezel is smooth, and the leather strap is worn with a pin buckle. At 43 mm, it is one of the more robust members of the family.
This example with a blue dial is in excellent condition. It comes as a full set with the original papers and the original box.
